Linnett's Loft 

Linnett's Loft (our self-catered apartment) is located on the second floor of a beautiful period property (only 50 yards from Linnett Hill) on Southey Street, next door to the Methodist Church.

Linnett's Loft offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with bath and shower over), a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. In addition there is a feature lounge with leather sofas, formal dining for up to 4 people together with uninterupted views of the surrounding fells. 

There are flat screen tv's as well as Amazon's Alexa in all rooms. There is also high speed wifi throughout and Netflix for guests to enjoy.

Private parking is at the rear of the property for one vehicle. Additional parking can be made available at Linnett Hill's car park should this be required. Please advise at the time of booking.

Linnett's Loft sleeps up to 4 people. The master bedroom is a king size bed. The second bedroom can be either twin beds or a super-king bed. One travel cot can be made available on request.

The apartment is offered on a fully serviced basis with crisp white linen and fluffy towels provided. Toilet rolls, cleaning materials, bin bags, tea, coffee, sugar and a welcome breakfast box are also included for your convenience.

Prices from 1st March 2024 are £125 per night based on one bedroom occupied with an additional charge of up to £55 per night for use of the second bedroom. This may vary depending on the number of people staying. 

It is a minimum 3 night stay however occasionally a 2 night stay may be available for a small surcharge. Please enquire.

Discounts are available for stays of 7 nights or more. 

SPECIAL MID-WEEK WINTER OFFER for Sunday or Monday arrivals:

4 nights for the price of 3 from 1st November until 28th February. 

A deposit equivalent to one-night is required at the time of making a booking to secure your reservation, the full balance being payable 28 days before arrival.
